Kings Grant Open Space Amenities

	Pool & Swim Club Membership The community pool at the Kings Grant Swim Club is open to all residents in good standing and is located at 200 Merchants Way. Membership cards can be obtained in the office at 50 Landings Drive. Proof of residency and a photo required. Residents may purchase guest passes at the KGOSA office. All guests must be accompanied by a Kings Grant resident. Pool Season starts Memorial Day and ends Labor Day. Weekends only until June 26 then open every day. The Pool is open from 11am - 8pm daily after June 26.
	Lakes, Fishing, & Nature Trails There are three lakes in Kings Grant that can be used for fishing and boating. No motors of any kind are permitted (not even electric). All fishing is catch-and-release only. A small boat ramp is available by the boat storage pavilion on Kings Grant Drive. Nature trails run throughout Kings Grant and are available for hiking and biking. All guests must be accompanied by a Kings Grant resident. Boat Registration Application
	Tennis Courts There are 15 Tennis Courts in total scattered throughout the community. Two sets of tennis courts are maintained by OSA and available to all Kings Grant residents. One is located at the Community Building at 50 Landings Drive and the other is on Kings Grant Drive, across from the entrance to Walden Glen. The tennis courts are for the use of residents and their guests only. All guests must be accompanied by a Kings Grant resident.
	Basketball Courts There are two basketball courts at Kings Grant Open Space Association. The basketball courts are located at the corner of Amenity Way and Merchants Way. Use is on a first-come, first-served basis. All guests must be accompanied by a Kings Grant resident.
	Softball Field The softball field is located on Amenity Way. Use of the field is either by first come first serve or reservation. Reservations of the field can only be made on a daily basis. If you wish to reserve the field you may call the Association office at 856-983-6080. The softball field is for the use of residents and their guests only. All guests must be accompanied by a Kings Grant resident. Parking for the field is located at the parking lot at the basketball courts or on Amenity Way but on one side only. All trash is to be removed from the site.
	Volleyball Courts KGOSA currently has three Volleyball Courts located on Amenity Way. The volleyball courts are for the use of residents and their guests only. All guests must be accompanied by a Kings Grant resident. Play is either by first come first serve or reservation. Parking for the Volleyball Courts is located at the basketball courts or on Amenity Way but on one side only. Reservations can be made by calling the Association office at 983-6080. All trash must be removed from the site after play.
	Hockey Rink The street hockey rink is located on Amenity Way between the softball field and the basketball courts. Use is on a first-come, first-served basis, or by reservation. All guests must be accompanied by a Kings Grant resident.
	Playgrounds There are ten tot-lots located throughout Kings Grant for the little ones to enjoy. All guests must be accompanied by a Kings Grant resident.
